الملخص

 يُعد العرعر الفينيقي Juniperus phoenicea L. من الأشجار المعمرة دائمة الخضرة التي تنتشر منطقة الجبل الأخضر، حيث يشكل نسبة كبيرة من الغطاء النباتي الدائم. ورغم أهميته البيئية الكبيرة في منع التعرية والحفاظ على التربة، إلا أن بذوره تتعرض أحيانًا للإصابة بالفطريات، ما يؤثر سلبًا على معدلات إنباتها ويعيق عمليات التجديد الطبيعي والتوسع النباتي. يهدف هذا البحث إلى عزل وتشخيص فطر Alternaria alternata من بذور أشجار العرعر الفينيقي المصابة، ودراسة خصائصه المورفولوجية، وذلك باستخدام طرق الزراعة المعملية والفحص المجهري. تم جمع عينات البذور المصابة من منطقة وادي الكوف الواقعة في الجبل الأخضر، وهي منطقة غنية بأشجار العرعر وتتمتع بظروف مناخية ملائمة لنموه، بعد تعقيم البذور وزراعتها على بيئة غذائية ((PDA، أظهرت النتائج وجود مستعمرات فطرية تعود إلى Alternaria alternata، وهو فطر ممرض واسع الانتشار، معروف بقدرته على إصابة البذور والأوراق، ويُعد من أهم أسباب التبقع والموت الرجعي في العديد من النباتات. أظهرت الدراسة أن نسبة ظهور الفطر بلغت 60.72% من إجمالي العينات، كما بينت النتائج ظهور مستعمرات ذات لون بني داكن مائل إلى الأسود مع حواف مخملية، بالإضافة إلى اللون الزيتوني الداكن للمستعمرات، ووجود جراثيم كونيدية داكنة متعددة الأشكال، مقسمة عرضيًا وطوليًا، تتجمع في سلاسل قصيرة، وهي صفات مميزة لفطر Alternaria alternata تم تأكيد التعريف باستخدام الخصائص المورفولوجية للمستعمرات والأبواغ تحت المجهر، بالإضافة إلى الاعتماد على مفاتيح تصنيف الفطريات. أكدت نتائج الدراسة تشابه الصفات المظهرية للفطر المعزول مع ما ورد في الأدبيات العلمية، مشيرةً إلى أن الظروف البيئية في المنطقة (مثل الرطوبة ودرجات الحرارة المعتدلة) تساهم في نمو الفطر وتكاثره، مما يجعله مصدر خطر على صحة بذور العرعر، ويؤثر على التجديد الطبيعي لهذه الشجرة ذات الأهمية البيئية والاقتصادية.
