Risk Management in Construction Sites in Libya

Abstract

The aim of the study is to investigate how the Libyan construction industry uses risk management practices and how experts manage risks in everyday situations. Compare risk management comparisons with standard practices to assess similarities and differences. In other words, the most important idea is to find out whether the construction industry works with risk management, as described in the literature on methods and techniques. Research shows that the risk is considered negative even if it is two-dimensional in science. The professional construction industry uses the method described in the RM document, but it is not known. Risk management in the industry is published once a day, but not as described in the literature. As other researchers have shown, RM and RMP are not yet clear, although the concept of risk management is becoming increasingly popular in the construction sector. Respondents want to use RMP, but the organization should be helpful.
